Terms & Conditions for ShopWindow

These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time. They are displayed for you to read when you join and each time you sign in to ShopWindow. When you sign in you are asked to accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the relevant clauses. Any changes to terms and conditions since 1st November 2013 are listed below:
 
Sales are conducted in Australian dollars and are payable in Australian dollars.   All credit cards will be charged in Australian dollars. Customers outside of Australia will be charged in Australian dollars. Any price guides are the current recommended or suggested retail price. Images of all new items and products used for demonstration are representative of the product and not the actual item. Images of used items are of the actual item unless otherwise stated.
 
Customers must be able to use a debit or credit card acceptable to ShopWindow and sufficient credit must be available to cover the cost of the sale and freight charges. ShopWindow accepts only Mastercard and Visa. American Express and Diners club cards are not acceptable.
 
Where the goods are not as described you will be entitled to a refund provided that you contact us within 14 days of taking delivery. We will then arrange for the goods to be collected and your credit card will credited with the original amount charged. This money back guarantee only applies to goods delivered and not picked up from our premises or our vendor's premises.
 
ShopWindow reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or withdraw any item or sale at any time. Where possible ShopWindow will endeavour to inform customers.
 
ShopWindow will take all reasonable steps to receive and process any orders.ShopWindow cannot guarantee and is not liable if any order fails to be accepted as a result of a technical error.
 
ShopWindow reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customers participation in a sale and in future sales. This will occur if a customer unreasonably refuses to accept delivery of goods or payment, attempts to manipulate the sale, commits fraud or orders on behalf of another customer.
 
Customers must not use any device, software or routine to interfere with the ShopWindow web site. 
 
All intellectual property rights including copyright and trademarks relating to ShopWindow and services are owned by ShopWindow and may not be used without the written consent of  ShopWindow. 
 
These sales rules constitute an agreement between the customer and ShopWindow. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
 
We will from time to time send you emails listing forthcoming sales and other information that we believe may be of interest to you. You may at any time have your email address removed from our email list either by selecting the 'unsubscribe link' on any email or by contacting us. Please note that if you 'unsubscribe' from our email list you still retain your customer number with ShopWindow
